    this screen.  If not, print out Form, complete & mail in with fee.

Format: 
- Players make e-mail or phone contact to arrange the date, time
   & location of each match, after receiving roster / schedule from the
   league.
- Home team provides the balls for the match.  At least six regular
   season matches with three home.
- Two of three sets with regular ad scoring.
- Twelve point tie-breaker at six games all.
- Playoff at end of each season and prizes awarded.
